Did you know that Lady Antebellum's current hit single, "Just A Kiss" was actually inspired by the relationship between Hillary Scott and drummer Chris Tyrell? The pair met while on tour with Tim McGraw in early 2010. The basic theme of the song is that good things are worth waiting for. Well, for Hillary, her wait is now over....

The couple has confirmed to People that they got engaged over the 4th of July weekend. Reportedly, Tyrell proposed to her while on one knee and as the sun was setting over a lake in East Tennessee.

In fact, Hillary tells People that, "Chris proposed exactly the way I've always dreamed." Scott also shares. "Our families were close by, but it was just us out on a beautiful deck overlooking a lake in East Tennessee. We had just been on a hike and – in our workout clothes – he hit the knee! We feel so blessed by God that He sent us each other, and we are looking so forward to forever together!”
